In-game Roleplay Rules

• Guild chat must be kept appropriate; swearing is allowed.
• You comply with SWTOR’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines by joining.
• Be respectful. No hate speech, racism, sexism, profanity, or offensive behavior.
• Avoid controversial and political discussions.
• Any harassment or threats will not be tolerated.
• Guild chat is never IC (in character). It is always OOC (out-of-character) Unless it makes an event announcement.
• All RP (Roleplay) must be respected. Do not be foolish or disruptive.
• No explicitly nude or sexual RP is allowed in a DSC event. This applies to closed and open events advertised and scheduled for others.
• We do not dictate how to live your personal RP lives but keep it out of the public sphere.
• If a problem arises, talk to the councilors or eminences; do not create drama behind closed doors due to miscommunication.
• Adhere to the rank structure ICly. Insubordination, disrespect of commanding officers, and general foolishness are subject to in-character punishment.
• No doxing (revealing any personal details) of any kind.
• No NSFW content.

Failure to comply with the rules will result in a series of actions against you by the guild master and the officers.

Bleeding

• OOC feelings need to be kept as OOC and IC as IC.
• We understand that bleeding can occur when one’s real-life emotions affect their in-character actions, or vice versa. However, it is crucial to remember that this is just a game, and our characters are fictional personas we use for entertainment and creative expression.
• If a problem arises, talk to the councilors or eminences.
• It has never been acceptable to take out your emotions on someone else, regardless of how close they are to the situation.

General Discord Rules

• Communicate only in English. This is for the sake of transparency and easier moderation.
• You comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines by joining.
• Avoid controversial and political discussions.
• Any harassment or threats will not be tolerated.
• No doxing (revealing any personal details) of any kind.
• No hate speech, racism, sexism, profanity, or offensive behavior.
• No NSFW content.
• No raiding ours or other servers.
• Contact the moderators and other staff for further information.

Failure to comply with the rules will result in a series of actions against you by the owner or the moderators.

Discord Channel Rules

• No @mentioning anyone excessively, especially moderators, unnecessarily.
• No spamming messages, pictures, videos, or uploads.
• Keep the conversation polite and friendly. Swearing is allowed.
• Use the relevant channels when discussing or uploading something.
• No UPPERCASE messages.
• No piracy or any illegal content.
• Please avoid sharing any hyperlinks or links whose intentions are suspicious.
• No misleading information.
• No copypasta.
• No advertisements, promotions, or any scam messages.

Discord Profile Rules

• No blank usernames.
• No inappropriate or offensive usernames.
• No offensive or NSFW profile/cover photos.
• Do not try to impersonate anyone on the server, especially moderators.
• Moderators can change the username if they deem it to violate any rule or find it troublesome.

Discord Bot-Specific Rules

•  No inviting third-party bots.
• Use the bots responsibly.
• Do not spam commands.
• Do not add, delete, or modify bot commands.

Discord Ban Rules

• Do not harass the moderators/owners in Direct Messages (DMs) about reversing your ban.
• Do not harass the moderators/owners in DMs if you’ve been kicked from the server.
• Do not create alternate/spam accounts to get around the ban/kick.

Discord Privacy Rules

• Do not ask for personal information on the server.
• Do not reveal personal details on the server or any other server.
• Do not engage in identity theft.
